This policy explains what personal information SkyTier Flight("we") collects through skytierflight.com and our booking service, and how we use and protect it. We keep it simple because we collect the minimum we need to quote and ticket your trip.

1. Information we collect

Quote requests: your name, email address, phone number and trip details (route, dates, cabin, passenger counts, notes you choose to add). Fare alerts: your email address. Booking and ticketing: passenger details required to issue a ticket (for example full names as per passport) and payment confirmation details. Technical data: basic request information (such as IP address and browser type) used to prevent abuse of our forms.

We do not collect or store your card numbers, bKash or Nagad PINs, or full payment credentials. Payments are made through the respective provider's own channels.

2. How we use it

To prepare and send your fare quote, contact you about your trip, issue and deliver tickets, handle changes or refunds you request, send the weekly fare-alert emails you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe by replying at any time), and keep records required for accounting. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to serve you: the airline or ticketing consolidator that issues your ticket (passenger details required for issuance), our hosting and email service providers (Vercel, Railway and Brevo, which process data on our instructions), and authorities where the law requires. Our team uses internal messaging tools to coordinate on your request.

4. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept for a reasonable period for service and record-keeping purposes and then deleted. Booking records are retained as required for accounting and to support future changes or refunds on your ticket.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop contacting you, by emailing support@skytierflight.com. Unsubscribing from fare alerts takes effect immediately. Where passenger data must be retained to keep a issued ticket valid, we will explain what must stay and why.

6. Cookies

This website uses only essential technical cookies needed to serve pages and protect forms. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We use encrypted connections and access-controlled systems, and limit access to staff who handle your request.
