Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

The short version: whether a ticket can be refunded or changed is set by the airline fare rules attached to your ticket, and our expert tells you those rules before you pay, so there are no surprises afterwards.

1. Fare rules decide what is possible

Every ticket carries airline fare rules. Discounted and consolidator fares (the fares we specialise in) are often non-refundable or partially refundable, and airline change fees may apply. Standard airline fares are usually more flexible. Your travel expert confirms the cancellation and change conditions of your specific fare before you pay, and we recommend keeping that confirmation.

2. Cancelling before a ticket is issued

If you cancel while we are still preparing your quote, or before payment, there is nothing to refund and nothing to pay.

3. Refunds after a ticket is issued

  • Refundable fares:we submit the refund to the airline on your behalf. The refundable amount is set by the airline's fare rules; the airline may deduct its own cancellation fees.
  • Non-refundable fares: where the fare rules allow no refund, in most cases taxes and airport charges paid to the airline can still be reclaimed. We will tell you what, if anything, is recoverable on your ticket.
  • Our service fee on the affected booking covers the quoting and ticketing work already performed and is not refundable once a ticket is issued.

4. Airline-initiated cancellations and major changes

If the airline cancels your flight or makes a major schedule change, you are generally entitled to a full refund or free rebooking under the airline's rules, and this applies even to non-refundable fares. Contact us and we will process it for you.

5. How to request a refund or change

Email support@skytierflight.com or call +880 1932-091235 with your booking reference. Refund amounts are confirmed to you before we submit them to the airline. Once the airline approves and releases the funds, we return them to you via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or card refund) typically within 7–14 business days.

6. No-shows

If a passenger does not use a ticket without cancelling with the airline and us beforehand, the airline typically treats it as a no-show and no refund is due, but contact us anyway; some taxes may still be recoverable.
