Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SkyTier Flight("we", "us"), an independent travel agency and ticketing service operating from Bangladesh, and any quotes, bookings or tickets we provide. By requesting a quote or booking through us, you accept these terms.

1. What we do and how booking works

We are a travel agency, not an airline. We compare fares across airlines and consolidator sources, then a travel expert contacts you by phone, email or messaging to confirm your itinerary and final fare. A booking is formed only when you confirm the itinerary and price with our expert and payment is received. Until then, no price quoted on this website or by our team is a binding offer, and fares remain subject to availability and change without notice.

2. Quotes and pricing

Fares displayed on this website are indicative and for information only. The final, binding price is the one our expert confirms with you before payment and that appears on your ticket confirmation. Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. We may decline or correct an erroneous quote before payment is received.

3. Payment

We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer and card payment as arranged with your expert. Tickets are issued after payment is received and cleared. Your receipt and e-ticket are sent to the email address or messaging account you provide.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names (as they appear on the passport), contact details and travel documents, and for checking visas, transit rules and entry requirements for your destination. Fees charged by airlines for corrections caused by inaccurate information you supplied are your responsibility.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes and refunds depend on the fare rules of the ticket you purchased and are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Many discounted and consolidator fares are non-refundable or carry airline change fees; your expert confirms the fare rules that apply before you pay.

6. Airline services

Flights are operated by airlines, not by us. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, seating, baggage handling or other carrier services. For matters concerning the operation of your flight, the airline's own conditions of carriage apply. We will, however, assist you in dealing with the airline wherever we can.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount of fees or commission we received for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed connections, hotel or visa costs. Nothing in these terms limits protections given to you under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 or other applicable laws of Bangladesh.
